ingrediants for disaster

so my mama is going to buy us a mixmaster for my birthday and I am pretty pumped. We need one bad. My little hands are near bloody from the hand mixer and the thicker the icing, the worse its gets.
Been experimenting with a vanilla bean base and man alive! can you tell the difference between bean and extract. its not even a fair fight.
We will work on icing flavour but the are super easy with the advent of of Dr. outker's extracts, like one drop is enough to shave a monkey's back with. Amazing stuff.

Bought:
new tip #62, in lieu of #17 we could no find a bulk barn
new tip # something I forget but its big
piping bags
little nail thingy to make flowers on
4 pounds of icing sugar which compacted nicely into a big mason jar making me feel like a total betty crocker

Slapbottoms


Hello there,

We are a couple who bake cupcakes.
We sell these bad-boys locally, and sometimes not-so-locally.

So far our largest order has been for almost 1000 cupcakes. We are attempting to do this in our kitchen at home because we are masochist/anarchist cupcake loving fools.

I handle the recipes and baking, he handles the branding and packages. We both manage to handle the tasting, its a tough life.
